The Gite was absolutely mind-blowing, it had the most breathtaking views and was so peaceful. The spacious rooms were super comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor was jaw-dropping. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The property had everything we could have possibly needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a lovely pool and gardens. The location next to the river was excellent, and we even enjoyed some fun activities like table tennis and badminton. We can't recommend this place enough, it was a truly amazing holiday. Free parking, free airport shuttle, wi-fi, electric kettle, dryer, cookware/kitchen utensils.

The location near the river was amazing, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting for our New Year's getaway. We loved the heated pool and spent many relaxing hours there, enjoying the gorgeous views. The accommodation was great, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area were spot on, adding to our overall enjoyment.
The lack of mosquito screens on the windows. We would have liked to keep them open to let in the cool air, but the mosquitos became unwelcome guests.

The room at Along The River was cozy and quaint, with a lovely private bathroom. It made me feel right at home and gave me a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring Bergerac.
Although the room was delightful, I wasn't a fan of the small wardrobe. But hey, personal preferences vary, right?

The view on the Dordogne river from the wooden terrace is simply breathtaking. Sitting there, sipping a glass of wine, it felt like I was transported into a postcard-worthy scene. The serenity of the river, coupled with the picturesque surroundings, made for a truly memorable experience.
Mosquito screens would have been helpful.

Loved the historic stone house with its spacious field and proximity to the city. The free bikes were a bonus. The heated pool was great.
Shame I couldn't enjoy the private pool and CD player in the 1890s time machine.
